Questions
Do I need an account?
No. Your license key is the whole system. Email is only collected by Stripe at checkout so we can help you recover a lost key.
Which versions does my key unlock?
All of them. The same key activates the web app, the desktop app (macOS/Windows/Linux), and the VST3/AU plugin - up to your tier's machine limit (3 for Pro, 10 for Studio).
Does it work offline at gigs?
Yes. Once activated, Pro keeps working 7 days fully offline and Studio 30 days. It re-checks quietly in the background whenever you're online - you will never be locked out mid-show.
What's the difference between yearly and lifetime?
Yearly renews annually and always includes the latest features. Lifetime is a single payment - the key never expires and includes all updates to the product.
Can I move my license to a new machine?
Yes - hit DEACTIVATE in the app on the old machine to free the seat, then activate on the new one. Takes ten seconds.
